About Chanol

Jamie Andreatte founded Chanol following a career in sales and sales management spanning marketing, digital marketing, cybersecurity awareness training, and enterprise software.

In 2021, Jamie founded PhishKickers, a cybersecurity awareness training company. To build the platform, Jamie engaged a development firm and spent the next two years actively managing the engagement. Jamie tracked milestones, invested additional capital, allocated time and resources, and continued building the surrounding business on the expectation that the foundation would be delivered. It never was. The development firm failed to produce a working product. Without it, everything else Jamie had built around the venture became unusable. The company never launched.

That experience is the direct origin of Chanol. It was not a market analysis or a business school case study. It was a firsthand loss of capital, time, and two years of effort, caused by committing to a supplier with no independent means of validating their ability to deliver. It is a scenario that plays out in enterprise organizations every day, at a scale far larger than any single startup.
