A Structured Process. Not a Sales Pitch.

How It Works

From requirement definition to the Chanol Check™, every step is structured, evidence-based, and designed to protect your organization before a dollar is spent.

How the Chanol Directive™ Works

1. Requirements Definition & Control

Initiative requirements are defined and locked before suppliers enter the procurement process. Functional, technical, procurement, and risk thresholds are converted into fixed validation criteria and disqualifiers, ensuring robust contract validation. No supplier evaluation occurs until requirements are frozen.

2. Requirements-Driven Supplier Discovery

Chanol executes a structured market scan that aligns precisely with the locked criteria. Suppliers that do not meet these standards are eliminated immediately, while only those capable of surviving the rigorous procurement process advance. This focused supplier evaluation narrows the field to 3-5 procurement-ready candidates.

3. Structured Validation & Chanol Check™

Chanol directs a controlled supplier evaluation, organizing and attending demos and collecting buyer-authorized quotes (forwarded unaltered). This step includes execution of Chanol Check™, our proprietary risk assessment framework covering security posture, legal readiness, procurement survivability, and operational onboarding feasibility. By identifying and containing failure risks before contracts, redlines, or executive commitment, Chanol protects client exposure at every stage.

4. Directive Delivered

Chanol delivers the Directive™, a decision-ready validation package, within 2-4 weeks of engagement. The package includes a locked requirements summary, supplier evaluation framework, risk findings and exposure analysis, unaltered supplier-issued quotes, and a clear procurement recommendation: Proceed, Pause, or Stop.

5. Clean Exit & Neutral Handoff

Chanol exits prior to contract negotiation, preserving full client neutrality. The organization moves forward directly with the selected supplier, with no Chanol influence on pricing or terms.
